Studio Superior Apartmentsin The Levante Rathaus

Thanks to a clever room layout over 25 m², our cozy Studio Superior Apartment offers everyone you could possibly want in an apartment. Awaiting you in the bedroom is a 160 or 180 cm wide double bed. In the living area, you will find a comfortable couch that can fold out into a bed if needed, a smart TV with SA TV, telephone, refrigerator, as well as a tea and coffee corner.  

The marble or tile bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, sink, and WC. Of course, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and towels are also available. 

Each apartment is unique

Some of our apartments offer a terrace. Others are a maisonette with 2 floors. These rooms constitute a third of our 39 apartments. The Levante Rathaus can be found in a historic Viennese Biedermeier house, and each room is correspondingly individually unique. None is like the other, but all our apartments stand out with their cozy, warm touches. Simply ask us if any terrace apartments or maisonettes are still available.
